creativity

Creativity was easy for me, however that doesn't mean I didn't have to work hard. I began drawing at 2 years old and was lucky enough to illustrate my first children's book by 15. I also had the opportunity to work with people who really helped my skills and allowed them to grow.

I'm grateful to be able to say I'm currently going on my 3rd year of illustrating at the OAO, but it did come with it's fair share of trials and tribulations. CAS gave me the opportunity to experience those along with the freedom to choose what exactly those things were. the first book I Illustrated was donated and sponsored by a charity that help children experience their dreams.

Activity was definitely the area in which I grew the most, I figured out what to eat, how to eat, and a exercise regimen that worked for me and allowed me to slowly lose weight and build strength in a healthy way.

I did many things including building a vast knowledge of macromolecules (which is crucial in weight loss). diet is a huge majority of it and a big thing for me was my sanity. I'm a huge foodie so it took a lot of restraint to stick to a proper and clean diet. that being said I had my fair share of breaks that helped me learn that I can still enjoy gross unhealthy foods once in a while. I had to change the way I thought about food, and that was difficult for someone who definitely had an eating disorder.
